Returns Policy


Our responsibility:

We will not knowingly dispatch any goods that are defective in any way.  We pride ourselves on the quality of our products.  If however you receive products that are defective in manufacture, we will at our discretion choose to replace or repair them within a reasonable time frame.    

 

Your responsibility:

The client must inspect all goods on receipt and if damaged in transit, the carrier’s note must be endorsed noting the damage.  Stanton Creative Group must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods to enable a claim on the carrier for such damage.  Should no claim be possible due to the client’s failure to report damage to us within this time, the entire cost must be borne by the client

 

The client must inspect all goods on receipt and any shortages or defects in manufacture must be reported to us within 7 days.  At our discretion, Stanton Creative Group may refuse to accept responsibility for missing or defective goods if not notified within this time period. 

 

On request, our staff are happy to offer advice regarding the suitability of products for any application, however it is entirely the client’s responsibility to purchase products appropriate to the purpose for which they are intended. Stanton Creative Group will not accept return of products on the basis of inappropriate choice.

 

Stanton Creative Group do not accept the return of goods or cancellation of orders without giving permission in writing for the goods to be returned.  Under no circumstances will custom made products be returnable.
